Moochaeseck is a dining bar on the rooftop floor of a building in Yeonnam-dong. Look out over the city while enjoying dishes we cook sous-vide for more than ten hours. It suits date nights, celebrations and gatherings, as well as a quiet drink on your own, and your dog is welcome to join you.
Rooftop and city view
The 4th-floor rooftop has outdoor seats where you can eat while looking over Yeonnam-dong and the city skyline.
Indoors there is bar seating and a private room, so smaller gatherings and quieter evenings both work here.
Dogs are welcome, and there are evenings with live music.
Ten-hour sous-vide cooking
Our signature dish is a hot pot of pork belly and beef tendon, cooked sous-vide for more than ten hours until tender.
We also serve sous-vide pork belly braised with green onion kimchi, and Dongpo pork reworked with the same sous-vide method.
Korean ingredients meet Western technique in dishes such as doenjang ragu pasta and grilled sea bream with gochujang beurre blanc.
